If you do not have dental insurance, payment is due at the time services are
performed. We accept cash, check, Visa, and Master Card. We also accept Care Credit which is a healthcare credit card applied for in our office in advance of any comprehensive treatment.
Patients With Dental Insurance
Because we are interested in helping you receive your maximum allowable benefits, we extend the courtesy of filing insurance forms on your behalf. Since no insurance carrier, including Blue Cross or Delta Dental, provides the subscriber with full coverage for all procedures, any co-pay portions are due at the time services are performed. For your convenience, payment options for the co-pay amounts are the same as those listed above.
We will help in any way we can to expedite reimbursement of your benefits, but we also expect our patients to take full responsibility for payment of our fees. We will discuss your investment prior to any treatment being performed, along with offering several methods of payment as indicated.
